O'Shea Leader was founded in 1992 to provide technical backup to the construction industry. In the early years, the service provided was purely civil and structural engineering. However over the years our expertise has been expanded to include architectural consultancy, mechanical and electrical engineering, land surveying, fire consultancy and environmental consultancy.
The company presently employ people, equipped with expertise across all of the disciplines. We also endeavour to exploit the most up to date technologies for the benefit of our clients.
The company has successfully completed, from initial concepts to final construction, a large number of projects in all sectors of the industry, including industrial and chemical facilities, residential developments, commercial projects, retail projects, educational facilities, health facilities and hotels.

Robert White

Director
Robert is a Senior Engineer with O’Shea Leader Consulting Engineers, with over 17 years’ experience in the Engineering sector both in Ireland & the UK. The bulk of his experience has been in the structural design & detailing and management of civil & structural projects.
His key areas of expertise include design & detailing for roads, bridges, commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Robert has particular experience in coordination and programming of design tasks; budgetary control; consultation with Contractor, Clients Representative, Statutory Authorities and other Designers; report writing particularly site inspection reports; checking of design packages; preparation of pre-qualification and tender documentation and site supervision.
Jack O'Connell

Senior Engineer
Jack is a Chartered Engineer and has worked with O’Shea Leader since 2013. Jack’s background includes structural and civil engineering together with extensive design experience in the energy industry. His experience also includes development and management of commercial contracts.
